Telomere Capital launched its new website with a redesigned interface

At the beginning of the year, Telomere Capital launched its new website with a redesigned interface, a thorough project carried out in collaboration with the agency Swiss House of Brands. The goals were to enhance client relationships, reach a broader audience, and fully showcase the expertise developed in-house. Petra Kordosova delves deeper into the logic behind it.

What goals did you associate with the redesign of your site?

We wanted it to be more efficient, but more importantly, we aimed to integrate it further into our communication strategy. It was crucial for Telomere’s site to better reflect our positioning, our expertise, and to highlight the solutions we offer. It’s clear today that digital platforms offer numerous possibilities in this area.

What role do you want the site to play in Telomere’s Marketing & Communication strategy?

A much more significant one! We’re already producing a lot of content for our clients, mainly market analyses where our expertise lies, and information on Telomere’s developments. We just want this content to be more prominently featured on the site.

So far, we’ve always maintained diligent communication with our clients. As we envision it, the new site should allow us to reach a wider audience, addressing not just our clients but also our prospects and peers. We want Telomere to become a reference in the market for independent managers over time.

Internally, we’ve implemented rigorous processes and developed working methods that have earned us several awards. We’re eager to share this experience. We believe there are original and interesting ideas to be taken from how we conduct our business. The site should be a platform for this, from which we can also disseminate our content on social media.

How do you want clients to perceive you through this new site?

We aim to fully showcase our expertise, our wealth management skills, and our Family Office dimension. It’s important for us that clients understand the areas where we can bring significant added value. They should also know that we will work with them in utmost transparency, regardless of financial market behaviors or the economy in general.

What strengths do you wish to emphasize?

Our professionalism, our rigour and the quality of the processes we have put in place, both in terms of investments and operations designed to comply with FINMA Our professionalism, our thoroughness, and the quality of the processes we’ve put in place, both in terms of investments and operations designed to comply with FINMA requirements. We prepared for this very early on and were among the first managers to obtain the license.

Specifically, regarding our role as managers, we’d like to emphasize financial planning and wealth structuring, considering it in its entirety, incorporating both financial assets and other values. These are the key axes around which we’ve articulated our offer, in a Family Office logic where we act as co-pilots for our clients.

We also focus on training, as we’re naturally attuned to the theme of the Next Generation. We train young collaborators internally. It’s important for us to pass on our expertise and our values.

And how did the project management go with Swiss House of Brands, the agency you entrusted with its redesign?

We greatly appreciated our collaboration. Everything went as planned. We were looking for an agency that could be as rigorous as we are, and we found it with Swiss House of Brands. Chantal Baer and Marine Gruaz-Rebuffat managed this project perfectly. Moreover, beyond just the site’s redesign, they contributed significantly to all aspects related to our brand strategy. We found this approach to be genuinely innovative for independent managers like us..

We intend to continue our collaboration with the agency for other digital-related projects. We’ve developed a strong partnership together.
