Recap of Our Participation in the SPHERE Swiss Financial Arena Digital Days EAM – Geneva, March 25
On March 25, Telomere Capital, represented by Petra Kordosova, (CFO, Head Compliance & Risk) took part in the SPHERE Swiss Financial Arena Digital Days EAM in Geneva — a key event for independent asset managers facing the challenges of digital transformation.

Throughout the discussions, two topics particularly resonated with our approach at Telomere:
- Artificial Intelligence
- The evolution of IT infrastructures
When it comes to AI, it’s clear that the industry is moving at varying speeds. Some are still identifying relevant use cases, while others are already testing concrete automation solutions.
But one point was unanimous: AI doesn’t replace humans — it transforms practices. This shift raises major concerns around cybersecurity, compliance, and governance.
At Telomere Capital, we approach these developments with both caution and determination. Innovation only makes sense when it fits into a solid framework — one that aligns with FINMA requirements and meets the expectations of our clients.

On the IT platform side, we firmly believe that a high level of security is essential — but we must go further.
Our teams need solutions that are simple, agile, and truly tailored to their day-to-day work.
That’s why we’ve built a robust and interoperable IT ecosystem at Telomere Capital — one that can integrate all the tools needed in our business without silos and without compromising on security.
During my panel discussion, I shared our vision: a good IT system does more than keep the infrastructure running. It should enhance transparency, streamline operations, improve client relationships, and support the company’s strategic development — particularly by consolidating the analytical data required for informed decision-making.
For instance, the real-time, detailed reporting we’ve developed for our investment portfolios has become a true value driver, both for our internal teams and our clients.

We warmly thank our entire Telomere Capital team for their dedication to these projects, as well as our partners KeyIT, BS-Team, and our custodian banks — especially Pictet — who supported us in these ambitious initiatives, including the implementation of a dynamic reporting system, a CRM, and a data platform. Their expertise and ability to align with our business needs were key to the success of this transformation.
A big thank you as well to the SPHERE Swiss Financial Arena team for organizing this event, and to Jérôme Sicard and all the speakers for the quality of the discussions.
It was truly a pleasure to contribute to this panel and to take part in a collective reflection on the future of our profession.

April 2025 was a dramatic month for global financial markets, with policy shocks and volatility echoing crisis times.
