After gaining experience in the Private Banking department of a large Swiss bank,
the founders of TELOMERE Capital decided to create, in 2015, an independent wealth management structure, with the ambition to build their project on «The spirit of performance»: a different way of conceiving their profession of wealth manager; a strong credo that allows them today to easily exceed all their growth forecasts. Telomere Capital Wins Four New Distinctions at the WealthBriefing Swiss EAM Awards 2025
At the fifth edition of the WealthBriefing Swiss Awards dedicated to External Asset Managers in Switzerland, Telomere Capital once again excelled in several categories: Overall External Asset Manager, Client Reporting, Family Office Proposition, and Rising Star Under 40, won by our Chief Operating Officer, Aurélien Guzzo. This remarkable achievement adds to the many awards received over the past four years, including Best CEO for one of its founders, Dominique de Riaz, and Best Client Service, awarded twice to the entire team.
The event took place in Zurich, where major players in independent wealth management gathered to witness the announcement of the WealthBriefing Swiss EAM Awards winners on March 6, 2025, during a ceremony honoring the best professionals across different categories.
In this context, a distinguished jury composed of renowned professionals from custodian banks, technology firms, and service providers in Switzerland and abroad recognized Telomere Capital in three categories:

– Client Reporting
– Family Office Proposition
