The founders of TELOMERE met while working in the Private Banking division of a major Swiss bank.
In 2015, they decided to create an independent wealth management firm, driven by the ambition to build their project around the “spirit of performance” — a different way of approaching the wealth management profession. Telomere Capital wins four new awards at the WealthBriefing Swiss EAM Awards 2025
At the fifth edition of the WealthBriefing Swiss Awards dedicated to External Asset Managers in Switzerland, the wealth management firm Telomere Capital once again stood out in several categories: Overall External Asset Manager, Client Reporting, Family Office Proposition, and Rising Star Under 40, awarded to our Chief Operating Officer, Aurélien Guzzo.
This outstanding success reinforces the many distinctions already earned over the past four years, including Best CEO for one of its founders, Dominique de Riaz, and Best Client Service — won twice by the entire team.
The event took place in Zurich, where leading figures in the independent wealth management industry gathered for the announcement of the WealthBriefing Swiss EAM Awards winners on March 6, 2025 — a ceremony celebrating the best professionals in each category.
In this context, the jury — composed of recognised experts from custodian banks, technology companies, and service providers in Switzerland and abroad — honoured Telomere Capital in three categories:

– Client Reporting
– Family Office Proposition
